*“On the Run” is one of the very few existing music videos by Spaceape (1970–2014). It was inspired by a performance he gave in Dalston, London. The concept of the video was to capture his raw energy while also expressing the unsettling idea that life itself can feel like an illusion.

To me, Spaceape transcended his illness—even as he was physically fighting cancer at the time. I have deep respect for all true artists, but I have never met anyone more real than him. His presence, his honesty, and his intensity remain unmatched.*
